Frasers Property Thailand Holds Annual General Meeting 2024, Shareholders Approve All Resolutions, Announces Dividend of 0.40 Baht per Share
Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or "FPT," is Thailand's first comprehensive real estate leader with a portfolio covering residential, industrial, and commercial property sectors. The company has successfully maintained its growth targets for the fiscal year 2023 (October 2022 - September 2023), announcing a total net revenue of 16.81 billion Baht, representing a 2.8% increase from the previous year, with a net profit of 1.86 billion Baht, yielding a net profit margin of 11% from total revenue. Despite ongoing economic pressures affecting the residential sector, the factory-warehouse business, along with office and retail properties, has continued to generate strong rental income. During the Annual General Meeting for the year 2024, FPT announced a dividend payment of 0.40 Baht per share, which will be distributed to shareholders on February 13, 2024.
FPT continues to demonstrate its capability as a company committed to sustainable operations both nationally and internationally, currently backed by maintaining an “A” corporate credit rating with a “Stable” outlook from TRIS Rating for three consecutive years. The company has also been selected as one of the AA-rated sustainable stocks by SET ESG Ratings, formerly known as THSI sustainable stocks from the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Additionally, it has achieved an A-level standard in sustainability disclosure according to GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) and GRESB Green Star in the categories of completed and operational projects (Standing Investments) and projects under development (Development Projects).
